HIRSCHS / DEFY SHOCKING SERVICE

good day I am a pensioner - bought a DEFY fridge freezer from HIRSCHS - CLEARWATER - & now find that the freezer DOOR SEAL IS FAULTY to such an extent that the walls freeze up & drawers cannot slide out !! SEVERAL PEOPLE have phoned & I have phoned 100x in 2months - to get this sorted or fridge replaced but NO LUCK - SEEMS THE LEFT HAND HAS NO IDEA WHAT THE RIGHT HAND IS DOING regarding this complaint - including a gent by the name of FRANZ from DEFY - manager ???I am DISGUSTED with the lack of service & follow up both by JESSICA - MARGARET HIRSCH - whom I spoke to today - between HIRSCH & DEFY - I WILL NEVER buy their lroducts again - or set foot into their stores - u have been warned - u only have to read theur reviews to know who & what kind of store u r dealing with - NO THANKS - still waiting plus NO FOLLOW UP from BARNARDS TV REPAIRS ???? who was tasked by HIRSHS to repair this product - they NEVER EVER FOLLOW UP OR CALL BACK !!!! ANOTHER SA COMPANY of ill repute !!!
