When selling you devices make many promises when it comes to fulfill their warranty all of a sudden you don’t hear from them at all or when u do get hold of them many times the company needs 7-10 days after 14 days they need more time for spares to arrive this all u will only hear if u enquire if not they don’t provide any feedback making them a disreputable company to deal with
