Hirschs customer service is pathetic!!!

I made a purchase on a TV and hob, I paid in full, however I get an email stating I need a TV License, Hirsch's shouldnt even proceed with payment before checking for a TV license, now NO ONE CAN HELP ME ONLINE, the chat agent Trisha Joseph does not respond to me, I've been waiting forever, its so painful to deal with Hirschs, she also sent me a link to purchase tv license but this link does not work! then she does respond, ridiculous!!!
