Hirsch's continued great service

Just thought I would give some good feedback to Hirsch's today. We bought a coffee machine from Hirsch's last weekend and the service received was excellent. You always communicate and help your customers and try your best. We are never just a number at Hirsch's but you feel cared for as a customer. We have made multiple purchases at Hirsch's over the past few years and almost all our appliances in our house comes from Hirsch's. And I am sure we will continue our support as we are already planning our next purchase at Hirsch's. Keep on doing what you are doing. You are an exception to the norm of bad service in the South African industry.
