Hirsch's Claremont not interested in assisting customet

What a shame. Claremont branch advertise opening specials. I wrote a mail and asked for assistance to buy online even if it is instore specials. Received feedback that the manager will call me. Up to now no success with that . I am on pension and have heart problems with chronic vertigo. And stay in Kraaifontein So traveling to there is an issue as my husband passed on and i need to travel by myself. Have been at the JD group for 36 years as area manager and i would never have allowed one of my managers to ignore a customer ..but that is the difference in choosing customers for life or just doing a sale
