BY FAR the WORST retailer to do business with! They are WORSE than HiFi Corporation, and that is already saying A LOT!!!

I have never in my life dealt with so much pathetic and unprofessional service as a paying customer. the Incompetence is OFF the charts, and I REGRET every second I spent wanting to make a purchase, and that, not even for myself, but for my Father for his 70th birthday.

HIRSCH's, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT, PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL, you ABSOLUTELY do NOT care about your customers, just as the **** voice recordings on your customer service line keeps repeating!!!
