Hirsch's and Whirlpool

I bought an expensive Whirlpool microwave from Hirsch's in Edenvale in October 2020. The microwave started giving problems in the screen this week, where it looks like it is running through a sequence non-stop and then finally gave a F13 Error. We have been trying to get a service call made to us since last week, however have been made promises by the service rep, Soma that someone will be in contact with us. This has been going on since last week with no results. The after sales service is absolutely pathetic from this branch. After spending over R 20 000.00 on an oven and microwave where we cannot use half of the appliances is absolutely just not acceptable.
