Hirsch's after sales service

I will never ever buy from Hirsch's again, the most disappointing service I've ever had in my life. Bought a HiSense fridge in 2018, and we had freezing problem in 2021. Called them and they sent a technician to look at it. After the consultant telling us that they ordered parts, she turns around says the warranty is no longer in place, and they closed the job card. That was it. Few months later the fridge packs up, we get an independent technician to look at the fridge, we order one of the parts from Hirsch's and then find out the warranty is still in place, but by now we've changed the compressor to a generic one, and therefore the warranty is no longer valid. UNFORTUNATELY, their phone recording were conveniently wiped out because of the unrest, and they would rather believe their consultant than us. Talk about customer first. Would someone spend their own money, especially in these conditions, if warranty was in place??? I guess their customers are only important at time of sale......
