Hirsch's after sales call outs

I am so disappointed. We renovated our kitchen in 2019 and bought all our new appliances from Hirsch's. This month, we've had problems with our freezer so I phoned to request a technician to come and fix it. I had to pay close to R700 before he would come out, so paid. He spent around 5 minutes assessing it. I then got a quote to fix it, with another callout fee added to the invoice. So R1400 before it's even been worked on. I'd advise people to go directly to the manufacturer to sort out problems and skip Hirsch's altogether.
