HIRSCH VERY RELUCTANT TO REFUND CASH BUT PREFER TO GIVE A STORE CREDIT

I visited Hirsch at Umhlanga on the 02/12/2025 to buy a 12kg Samsung washing that was on special for R8999. I paid for it and went to fetch it from the instore warehouse. They instead provided me with an Hisense washing machine.I went back to the salesman for a full refund.Hirsch was not prepared to give me a cash refund but instead give me a store credit meaning I can buy something else with the credit amount. I stood my grounds and demanded a cash refund. After some negoiating with a few managers at Hirsch they refunded the money in full. Guys be careful and stand yr grounds . Don't let Hirsch bully around for a full refund.I thought they were a very reputable company but it turns out they don't like to return your money but insist you buy something else instead
