Hirsch vacuum

Worst vacuum company I've ever come across. Bought a vacuum, got home, turned it on. It blew dust everywhere. I took it back, got told that happens with the model I bought. They never told me that when I bought it. I asked for a vacuum that doesn't spew dust everywhere. They refused to help me and tried to remove me from the building. For nearly a month it's been a back and forth to get a refund. Only once I brought my lawyer in did they give me a refund. Stay away from any Hirsch products and shops.
