Hirsch the Horrible

Shocking shocking shocking. Went in to place an order for a grafton Everest lounge suite we saw online but need to use one of their linked companies to order through. Went into Hirches Wow Teriribke terrible. The staff all sitting down , one staff member Patrick tried to assist as we wanted the swatch to confirm the color. The woman sitting down in the store stuffing their faces with chips and coke pointing Patrick around like he was in a pinball machine. Not helping and not caring , no swatch to be found even after us the client looking in the drawers of the furniture on the floor following the woman’s instructions with their mouth full and no help. Really. This was a done sale with us having done our work and an order just needed to be placed. Well you won’t get my order I will find another store who has the willingness to assist. Absolutely shocking will never be back
