Hirsch *****s Money

I went to the Samsung Store in the Pavillion KZN, which is run by Hirsch. I went there to get ear phones and look at a boom box. I was assisted by a guy and a lady - Kerry. When I asked the price of the boom box I was told it was R1200. so I bought it along with the ear phones. When I paid the total was more than R300. Then when I left the guy informed me that as i purchased a phone gadget I can't get my get a refund - I'm ****ed of as this information should have been told prior to my purchasing!!! I then walked away and came back, as I asked for a refund as I was not told about the information before and as I bought it 5 minute's ago I though I would be allowed my money back. I was advised they will give me a credit note while they contact the head office. This happened uesterday and I was told I would have an answer today! It is now after 10pm and besides being told I would have an answer today, I have been told nothing!!! I don't like it when I have my money ******!!!!!!
