Hirsch Somerset west - pathetic *****! Shocking service !

rs ago Hirsch’s Somerset West: We “dealt” with Clint (sales person) Alvino (assistant branch manager) and Alex (branch manager?) in ordering a base and mattress. The carelessness, level of service, professionalism (lack of) communication was appalling. After more than a dozen interactions and failed undertakings by Hirsch’s to resolve our issues...we canceled the order. The lack of honesty, competence, empathy, commitment and professional conduct displayed by the branch manager in particular to co-ordinate his team and their service can only be described as a comedy of errors and it appears much training/new staff are required here. We will not be supporting Hirsch’s and I strongly suggest thinking twice before spending your money with them. WoW! Painful!
