HIRSCH SOMERSET WEST - KARCHER

Purchased a Karcher Wet and dry vac from Hirsch Somerset West early September 2021. Sales person told me it can be used with out bags. Three weeks later it packed up. They refuse to replace it even though it is only 3 weeks old. Hiding behind the fine print. Poor service. Don't care about their clients at all. Will never purchase from them again. Be very careful when you use them. They don't have your best interest at heart.
