Tried purchasing a product online, failed severely: selected product twice, to cart and then checkout, paid, approved the payment in my banking app, only for it to error to blank screen, nothing processed.

Called Hirsch’s Call centre and had to listen to recording telling me for 3 minutes how important good customer service is, only for the call to simply be disconnected.

MASSIVE FAILURE! Purchased the product from a different retailer, same day delivery.

Then received a "Rate us" email two days later: went to complete it and tell them about this experience, and the submit button was completely unresponsive.
