Hirsch - shocking customer service

I have received the most shocking service from Hirsch (a business I have strongly supported in the past), I bought a Defy Gemini double oven from them and took out an extended warranty. The mirror glass went hazy, Hirsch claim the oven door is not part of the oven and therefore not included in the warrenty (can anyone use an oven without an oven door?). Someone from Hirsch came out and took a few pics (he admitted himself that the pictures did not really show the damage), then i was told it was a). because of moisture then b). it was because of heat (this is afterall an oven door) and now c). (I quote from email - 'if you must know it has not been cleaned properly'. and all this from a few photo's.

All I can say is shame on you Hirsch.....I will never buy from you again!
