Hirsch service centre

My call was logged on the 11 April 2019. To date numerous visits and calls later, there is no communication from the service manager who has promised to call me. Not only was the agent mis informed about the lenght of my extended warranty, but parts were not ordered and to date my Smeg stove is not repaired
