Hirsch & Samsung very disappointing

#Hirsch #Samsung Poor service, was told I would get a phone call within 48hrs to make an appointment to repair my dishwasher. Today 5 days later I get a phone call to say we don’t have the information on what is wrong with your dishwasher and again we will get someone to call you to make an appointment. How long do I have to wait now??? Will never buy Samsung again. ????????????
