Hirsch's Strubens Valley USELESS

<p>I went into Hirsch's Strubens Valley on Friday 16th June 2017 to go buy a tumble dryer and found the service absolutely pathetic. I specifically requested that the sales person only show me Defy products but they took me straight to all the Korean products (which i do not buy) and when i was showed a Defy product i told the sales woman i will be taking this, please check for stock and i will be taking the product with me straight home as i had a bakkie. The sales lady then went to check and came back to tell me they had no stock. This is not the first time i have been to this branch and found they have no stock of the product i'm looking for. I find this a poor representation for DEFY as they have the demo models on the floor but keep no stock. I will never shop at Hirsch's ever again. I subsequently went to Checkers House & Home and bought the exact model for a lesser price!</p>
