Hirsch's sales person that doesnt care

<p>Last Saturday we went searching for a suitable new Hob. We decided to check on Hirsches Home store at Meadowdale. We found DEFY Hob that was suitable for our kitchen. Sales person, one Pamela, suggested that she will get the stock latest Wednesday. She promised to let us know when to come and collect already paid product. We received no call from the Store, regarding the collection, so we went yesterday to see if we could get our hob. To our surprise there was no Hob to collect as she never ordered one. We she looked as completely not interested supplying already sold product therefore we were forced to drive all the way to Boksburg in order to get the Hob. Now I wonder if that was the case why she never told as a previous Saturday that if we wish we could drive straight to that other Store and could get the Hob right there and then. It was a very poor experience shedding pretty bad perception regarding Customer service in the Store that previously was excellent. </p> <p> </p>
