Hirsch repair centre - Durban

<p>My Samsung Fridge / Freezer combo stopped working with an error code display of "rd". I phoned Hirsch on a Saturday who sent over a technician to assess the fridge who said it required a part that would be ordered on the Monday. </p> <p>Unfortunately, the order was not dispatched until the next Monday due to delays on Samsung Johannesburg's part. </p> <p>However, my daily calls to Hirsch service centre was met with confusion. A ton of "wel phone you back", which never was the case. </p> <p> </p> <p>When the part did arrive a week later, the technician came home, however, after putting in the 2 ordered parts, the fridge was still not working. </p> <p>When I phoned Shirley from the service centre, once again confused, she informs me that the part they received from Samsung was incorrect. (So, I'm really not sure what the technician did with the incorrect part)</p> <p> </p> <p>The next day, the correct part was received, however, the technician could not understand why the fridge was still not working. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now, almost 2 weeks later, I phoned Hirsch asking them to just reverse the EFT I paid for the parts and IL just sort the fridge out with another company. </p> <p> </p> <p>I feel that Hirsch being a big company would offer a service that's atleast of a proper standard. </p> <p>I will definitely not buy any product from Hirsch seeing that their after sales service is so pathetic. </p> <p> </p> <p>Really wished I read the Hello Peter comments before phoning Hirsch.
