Hirsch Pretoria Pathetic!!!!!

Most pathetic, insulting, degrading experience ever!

Firstly i had advised my sister to not go ahead with Hirsch when she advised me about the sales person Mr Avi who in my opinion is the most pathetic unprofessional sales rep i have ever heard off!!!! Fridge purchased a few weeks ago , Firstly the sales rep was asked for he fridge to be delivered to our new premises to avoid damage and obviously having to move something twice.

Sales rep said this was impossible, i did ask my parents to cancel this deal as it was bad news from the start! The sales rep was more interested in his commission then whats best for the customer! (In my time of customer service, been a manager twice i can safely say this was utter bull****!!!) First the fridge had a dent, so it was fetched and a new one delivered. 2nd the fridge had scratches however according to the pictures that were taken there were no scratches , my sister used a soft cloth to wipe the fridge and apparently the sales person Mr Avi says this is what caused the scratches? So should we live in filth and spend over 19000 on a fridge that can not be wiped? Why was this not mentioned?

Then the sales rep interrogates my mum who is a cardiac patient and never deals well with these things, I am in South Korea and writing this with utter disgust for Hirsch!

I must admit my mum mentioned the manager was calm and understanding, however i think the sales rep is a complete idiot!!!!!

The manager should have been dealing with the delivery issue which Avi mentioned he liased with a few times which makes no sense as i have bought appliances previously and had it delivered at a date and time that was convenient for me.

Hirsch your service was pathetic and please let this msg go to Mrs Hirsch as this will not be the last of my msg! Miss Seshnie Reddy
