Hirsch' - Poor service on repair/exchange

This store (Silver lakes, Pretoria) has the worst service I have ever encountered. I purchased a vacuum cleaner from the store that was around R 2,000.00. This is one of many purchases from the store during the last 2 years that probably total close to R 200,000.00. The vacuum cleaner has now been taken in for repairs three times. I have now requested that the item be replaced (by Hirsch' themselves as Bennet Reed has refused to do so). One would expect that they (Hirsch') would rise to the occasion and replace a rather "small ticket" item in light of my purchase history at the store. They have refused to do so and the turnaround time on the third repair is now approaching 2 months. I have literally called the store nearly 20 time with someone getting back to me on two occasions. Dealt with Dylan, Zayne, Mariska, Roland, Marlene and one or to others. No one there is doing there job and I have still to receive a resolution from them...
