Hirsch Over Promise - Don't Trust them

I have chatted to Jean Simpson about a Refridgerator I purchased from her on the 16/3./2019. I called her last week on Thursday. She confirmed that she will call me back later that day with a reference number as she needs to log a service call. I haven't heard anything since.

I then reached out to your agent online, as per below script, who said they will be corresponding via email. I still haven't heard anything from Hirsch.

I am sitting with a 1-month-old fridge that leaks. If I do not hear anything from anyone at Hirsch, I WILL be taking this further. I would also expect a full refund.
