Hirsch over promise and under deliver.

We bought 2 SMEG Ovens from Hirsch Silverlakes on the 6th of Novemver 2019. The salesperson Garfield was great. The store did not have two ovens in stock but arrange for it to be delivered to our house. We also bought 3 telescopic rails for the ovens and paid for it with the ovens. The rails was not in stock but Garfield told us that he will order it and will let us know as soon as it is in the store. That never happened. I had to mail and call Garfield four times. On the 7th of December, Garfield told me that the rails are with SMEG in Johannesburg and will be at the store the next week. First week in January I went back to the store and was told that Garfield is not working that day. I spoke to Ricky, one of the managers in the store. Ricky took me to Mirlene at spares and said that she will sort it out. I have not received any feedback form her. On Monday 13 January 2020 I phoned Ricky again. He once again said that he will take it up with the spares people and will get back to me. UP TO DATE I have not had any feedback and still do not have the rails that was paid for in November already.
