Hirsch not paying back for returned cooker hood

At some point this year I bought a chminey cooker hood from Tracy the salesperson at Clear water. I have since asked for a refund on 10 June 2022 and was asked to to provide the debit card I used for the transaction which I did. Now it is the 17 June 2022 and the R3400 has still not reflected on my account. When you call the Strbensvalley office they keep transfering the call to different sales people and nobody wants to take accountability.
