Hirsch not honoring extended warranty

<p>I reported my dishwaher as faulty to Hirsch on 11 June 2017. After much hastle and several phonecalls the faulty dishwasher was picked up for repair on 23 June 2017. I followed up with Hirsch on 29 June 2017. The workshop manager guaranteed me that he would call me back to provide me details with the status of the dishwasher repair however I did not receive any call.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have taken out an extended warranty on the dishwasher.</p> <p> </p> <p>This type of poor service delivery is unacceptable and it is concerning that this is the type of service Hirsch's provide.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not recommend that anyone take out the extended warranty from Hirsch as they fail to uphold the services which I have paid for.</p>
