Hirsch is the worst store you could possibly buy from.

I have placed an online order for 3 products online on the 17th of November 2022 and to date I have had to call numerous times in a day, send many emails and push as a customer for my products to be delivered. 2 out of 3 items have been delivered since - I have taken the time off work to be at my place of residence to accept delivery only for me to once again call and get conflicting feedback that the delivery would have to take place the next day, still have not received any delivery. None of the branch managers answer their phones or respond to emails - no one can assist in giving you a day and time regarding stock and delivery. From one store referring you to the other for answers, I deem this as ****************, how do you pay thousands for profducts online only for a clueless customer service consultant to tell you that you would probably have to wait indefinitely until there is stock of that same product which you legally paid for?? Dealing with Hirsch's has been a time consuming and draining process. It has honestly been the worst experience and I would recommend that no one purchases unless you are ready to go through a frustrating process jumping back and forth for your order. I have even resorted to changing the order for collection instead of delivery and I still cannot get an answer as to when I can collect my order.
