Hirsch is the Worst!

I have been trying since the 14th February to have replacement parts for my Bosch fridge delivered to me. Payment was made on the same day, and despite speaking to the Branch Manager, Assistant Manager and the Spares Consultant, Shanè, I have still not received the parts or any feedback. In desperation I contacted their Head Office, and despite an email to the Somerset West branch Manager, I have still not received the parts or a refund. It has now been 5 months with absolutely no feedback.
