Hirsch Faulty product

I bought a Siemens coffee machine 6 months ago from Hirch Silver Lakers and also purchased an extended warrantee. It has broken down 3 times and I have taken it back 3 times. I requested to be refunded. I returned it on 26 April (for the 3rd time) and they indicated that they could not make a decision and would call me. I have not heard from them.
