Hirsch & Defy - Poor product quality

I purchased a Defy fridge and stove from Hirsch. At that point, I associated Hirsch and Defy with quality products and service, however, I have lived to regret my association with both these companies.

My fridge has given me so much hassles and has cost me a lot - I may have to give it away for free. My stove began to rust almost instantly - I don't live near the beach - and when I called for the service department - they came unprepared and never returned. My stove just sits there rusting away. I don't cook on it anymore since it looks disgusting.

Even the private repairman at my expense has advised that I don't buy a Defy product again.
