Hirsch Centurion, terrible service

Had the unfortunate need to deal with your Centurion store on a number of occasions. I want to order items, will call me, never do! Went in on Sunday to purchase a Vacuum Cleaner Filter. Don’t like the place so decided to first phone and check if it is in stock. Yes of course come in. Get there, no stock. Wait in the parts division, the gentleman takes my name and number, will phone me Monday to advise price and when I can get it. Still waiting! Now Friday! Terrible service ! Hope I never have to go there again. By the way couriered the item from Cape Town myself on Wednesday and received it today!
