Hirsch Centurion Gateway: DAYA B (service excellence!)

A huge compliment to Hirsch Centurion (Gateway SHopping Plaza JHB)!

All home appliances on the blink wen to the closet Hirsh and was delighted at the most incredible Personal Shopper DAYA B!

The COVD safety measures are the best across all retailers I have been to (not been out much, felt extremely safe in this store).

Daya's attention to detail, support and follow up is exceptional - wish there were more Daya's in retail.

Wonderful to have met Daya - what a privilege!
