Hirsch Centurion

I purchased a defy fridge from Hirsch in Centurion in January 2018. The ice maker and water dispenser has not been working since purchase, I have contacted the store as well as Mrs Hirsch and was told that I needed to pay 10,000 Rand to fix the issue even though the fridge is still under warranty. After not getting through to Mrs Hirsch, I later received a 'please call me' instead of her returning my call. As a loyal client at Hirsch, I am disgusted with the customer service.
