Hirsch can't seem to deliver what I fully paid for.

I paid for online delivery of three items. Two were delivered on Friday the 2nd. The third item was not on the truck, I was told they probably forgot to put it on the truck. I contacted the WhatsApp line and was repeatedly assured multiple times it would be delivered Monday. It was not delivered. I don't know what to do at this point. I've paid for the item and I've repeatedly asked for the earliest delivery date only to be repeatedly disappointed. I have 5 days of laundry I can't wash because I have nowhere to dry them. A deeply disappointing experience.
