Hirsch called requesting more information one month after I ordered a spare part for my broken dishwasher

I got a call yesterday, asking for more information about a request I made on 2 January for a spare part. Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I have been washing dishes by hand for the last month, waiting for your response. I'm glad I now have the opportunity to give you the information you require in the hope that my poor, wrinkled hands can finally get some rest. The dishwasher door was broken, I needed a replacement locking mechanism, and you were the closest stockists. In an alternate universe I managed to source the missing part within a day or so of calling you from another supplier who didn't take 4 weeks to reply and the door is now repaired, working nicely and my hands and smooth and healthy. Alas, in this universe I have to reply on shoddy customer service but I am working on a device to transport me across. I'll let you know how it's coming along...
