Hirsch Brakpan pathetic service

I was sold a product form the shelve twice and was told it was brand new. The first time i cancelled after i bought a JBL Sound Bar and was given the one on the shelve. The second time they sold my brother bought a fridge and was told its brand new ans was given the one on the shelve wrapped in bubble plastic. NEVER AGAIN will i buy anything from the store.
