Hirsch BOKSBURG

We bought a Vacuum cleaner (Karcher MV6/WD6) FROM Hirsch's less than year ago. At the end of February the vacuum cleaner broke. So off I went to Hirsch's boksburg to take the Karcher Vacuum cleaner in as its still under grantee / Warrantee , Karcher vacuum cleaners are VERY Expensive . So I sent it in for repair , Hirsch's then sent it back to Karcher for repair. One week went by , heard nothing , two weeks went by , heard nothing . that's when I started following up on this unit , I was constantly told that , we will get back to you .... well guess what they never did . After a month they tell me that I have to pay for the repairs as the unit has been abused . The gentleman said that he would send me picutes , which never happened. every single time I phone Hirsch's bokburg I get messed around . It disgusting customer service ... I WANT MY VACUUM CLEANER , this has been going on for nearly 2 months . I am not paying R2200.00 to have this vacuum cleaner fix , Its still under grantee / Warrantee . Don't ever shop at Hirsch's and never buy a Karcher vacuum , both after market service sucks !!!!!!!
