Hirsch and Smeg warranty ****

What an absolutely horrible business to do business with. The bigger they get the worse the service. Long story short, DO NOT TAKE the extended Hirsch warranty out as it’s a **** and they will never cover defects in the product under that warranty. SMEG is a piper low class miserable brand being marketed by a horrible HIRSCH vendor. After 40 YEARS of doing business with them … NEVER AGAIN!
