Hirsch and Siemens

Purchased a Siemens free standing oven and stove. Paint started to peel off the unit after 15 months. Siemens and Hirsch say the warranty does not cover rust or cosmetic defects. My Siemens washing machine is rusting away after 19 months. All they say is it's not covered.
