Hirsch

I bought a vacuum cleaner from Hirsch and not even a month into using it I started having suction problems with it I brought it in for repairs and they insisted that I used it to suck up water which I did not. They sent it in for repairs and it came back exactly the same They then said the filter is a problem and I need to pay for it. This is unacceptable and customer care is pathetic. I have received no help from Hirsch staff
