I bought a AEG microwave oven from hirsh in 2017 my warranty on the microwave oven was 3 years bcz I bought it on the 24 October 2017, when called them today on the 4 November they said that my warranty on the microwave is now over, I missed it by a 1 week, when I bought the AEG microwave Oven it came with no tray for the inside of the which costed me a 1400r, now the door hand has fallen off an the inside of the oven door is rusted, to replace the door hirsh now wants to charge me a extra 2000r rand, in total now I am going to spend more than what the microwave oven is worth, I am so guttered at the response I have received from Hirsh wit regards to my matter, what happened to good gesture as a good will to your customers.
