Hirchs umhlanga after sales is disgusting. Don't buy from them if you want assistance when the product defects.⁰

I've had the worst after sales experience with Hirschs Umhlanga. I needed 2 parts from them for 2 different hisense fridges , both parts have made the fridges extremely impractical. Jermaine from parts took all my details 4 months ago and promised to keep me updated. I went into the store twice, was then referred to Ballito Hirschs to be given the run around by Kalay. She then stopped responding to me for me to eventually find out she doesn't work there anymore, or atleast that's what she said. I then went back to umhlanga, Jemaine then took my whatsapp number and proceeded to ignore my messages on whatsapp. The state of the store is also appalling, leaking roof disgustingly dirty grout.

I get the feeling that my parts are not worth it for their commission to put much effort into finding them for me. Perhaps they are forcing me to buy new fridges.
