Hirch's IS A NIGHTMARE!!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I bought a Hisense Smart 65' TV from their Strubens Valley branch for R13250 back in October 2021. The tv got faulty within 2 months of purchase of which i then contacted them and was only attended to 8 days later. I now again have the very same issue with the exchanged tv(6 months after purchase) and i am being passed from pillar to post. I spoke to Enslin Brown(Manager) who assured me of a 48 hour waiting period which that has not happened. I myself as a customer had to call them back again to enquire what the hold up or delay was and was advise that Enslin is not at work. I then spoke to 2 other onsite floor managers (Riyaad Wareshally and Kishaan Govendor) who both have not prioritized my problem. To this moment, i have not received any feedback from them. I have suggested to personally take the tv back and they are refusing that.
