Hirch's Employee ******** customer out of money

I have Order a Siemens coffee Machine from therer online store, and hour later a sale consultant called Elisha Pillay contacted me in asking me if I wanted to get an extended warranty on my coffee machine I have order which in here first email stated it will be R699 I said ok that sounds fair this morning I received an email the extended warranty will be R1300 and now that I have received the link that she has sent me to pay for the extended warranty it has been lifted to R2900 I would like answers today who she is and what she thinks she is doing with trying to fool me. I have all the proof on my email of the correspondents via email. To prove that how she is trying to **** people out of there money so she can get here sales kick back from her sale
