Hirch's delaying exchange of broken fridge/freezer which is 5 days old

I bought a side by side Defy fridge freezer at Montana branch. It was delivered 1 June 2025. When the plastic was removed it had 2 small dents in the 1 door, it was exchanged 3 June 2025. I waited 2 hours before plugging it in as instructed. Now this one is not working at all, my meat started defrosting and nothing is cold in the fridge. I called Hirsch's on 5 June 2025 and they will now send a Defy technician within 3 to 5 working days. It is not working, but me as the customer now has to drive around and make a plan with my content of the fridge and freezer. Brand new fridge/freezer but I have to wait for a technician evaluation. This is terrible service. Why can't it be exchanged immediately. Now the customer is inconvenienced.
