Hirch’s and Samsung Worst Combination in Customer After sales support

I bought a Samsung machine at Hirch’s Silverlakes in Zpta East, they sold md a sub-standard product. When I contacted them they gave ne such a bad customer sales support that i have never experienced. I have dealt with Markro and Game before and their response has been on par.

The washine machine was throwing water everywhere through detergent and other places. It damaged my house skading and I called them, it took five days to respond. They sent someone who would not identify the problem two week later I still did not have a washing machine.

I even called the branch manager without any success. The sakes person who sold me the machine has left the store. It is the worst service i have ever received.

Even Samsung has not assisted as they were not interest abd even refused to give me their names over the fone. Shocking
