Hirch's

I spent in excess of R20000.00 at Hirch's Meadowdale, Edenvale. They meet you at the door to get the sale and that is where it ends. Once they have your money the service ends. I bought Defy appliances. The gas plate hob does not work and all four switches ignite only the main plate. Clearly a manufactures fault. On going there to discuss it they in a flash respond Defy must sort it out. They take no responsibility for any product. I'm told three days for defy to respond. I have not received a phone call from defy or hirch's. They phone to say if I have sent them the COC. I tell them yes. They say they have not received it yet they gave me the email address and the email sent by me went through. I had to resend it. Companies like Hirch's should be boycotted simply because they take no ownership and no accountability. They sell a product with Zero accountability because they say the product is not there's. WOW well done Hirch's on catching me out. Will not be buying from them again. At this stage I can't fault Defy simply because I'm unsure if Defy has even lodged my matter with Defy. Pathetic to say the least.
