I had a very bad experience after purchasing an appliance that when I collected at the store at the dispatch the guys opened the box and when I returned it I was told by a sales lady that I had opened the box and they were going to charge me handling fee of 10% and when I check if they a return policy on the slip they did not have one. She told me that they were going to charge me R100.00. I just found this not right because the box was opened at the store
